So one of my goals for 2024 is to write more. More books. More information for my businesses. Also perhaps a daily blogging habit. And to stop my cheap dopamine habit.
Let’s get to the topic.
Daily blogging habit.
Why?
It is therapeutic. It allows me to put words on paper – granted virtual paper – and get my thoughts out there. Yes, it is self-serving at the moment of production, however, it is mainly aimed at my two boys.
To be honest, I am juggling a lot of balls at the moment. Big heavy bowling balls. It drains my energy. So, I am not sure if I will be able to do this daily. It is the aim. And perhaps the right way to approach it.
All about small atomic habits right?
