Hi, I am Wynand
And today is Monday 12 February 2024.
Today is the day I am taking back control of my health.
One of my main goals for 2024.
So, to assist me with the process, I have entered the Pro Physique 2024 Transformational challenge.
I will be using this platform to document my progress. So here is my current status:
- I took the before photos. (Still shaken and very much ashamed at how I allowed myself to break down my health – so I will be posting these later. Just too damn nauseous at the moment)
- Aiming for 1500-1800 calories with at least 180g of protein per day. I will be starting off doing intermittent fasting. Will then listen to my body and take it from there.
- Woke up at 4 am. An hour earlier than normal. Not too bad. Did 20min stationary cycling and then my weight training for the day. Felt good. Real good.
- Will be aiming for 10k steps per day.
So that is the high-level plan.
